LUGNAQUILLA
Triple Ball Clamp
The LUGNAQUILLAaquilla triple ball clamp is designed to perfectly tighten two strobe or light arm balls with a diameter of 25mm to your camera system. This gives more flexibility in your set up of video or strobe lights than our MWEELREA single ball clamp and ensures you can mount any combination of lighting or strobe accessories to your camera system.
The LUGNAQUILLA is made from anticorodal aluminum, which helps to prevent corrosion from sea salt.
Our Tripple Ball clamp got its name from the mountain Lugnaquilla (Irish: Log na Coille, meaning “hollow of the wood”). At 925 metres (3,035 ft) it is the highest Irish mountain outside of Kerry. Lugnaquilla is the highest point in Wicklow in the province of Leinster. It overlooks the Glen of Imaal to the west and Glanmalure to the east. It is described as a “bulky mountain”, with a large plateau-type grassy summit (known as Percy’s Table), bounded on two sides by steep glacial corries called the “North Prison” (looking into the Glen of Imaal), and the “South Prison” (looking into the glen of the River Ow). The mountain is the source of the river Slaney.
