The ESKE cave canister is our largest battery pack, enabling divers to upgrade their existing Anchor Dive Lights handheld torch to an umbilical for added security and burn time. The 20mAh canister is double the size of our wreck canister. At full power, the run-time for our LAURENTIC 3K dive light will be approximately 3 hours. Using the ARRAN or MULROY 1K the runtime will be about 10 hours.

Our cave canister has its name from Lough Eske (Irish Loch Iascaigh meaning ‘Lake of the Fish’) is a small lake in County Donegal. The lake is popular for fishing, especially for spring salmon, sea trout and char.

The rechargeable batteries in the canister are sourced direct from Panasonic or Sanyo. The canister is factory sealed and will need to be returned to us for battery replacement.
Duration is widely variable depending on the configuration of the system but is 10 hours with the Arran or the Mulroy 1K head and 3 hours with the Laurentic 3K head.
It takes approximately 11 hours to charge the battery pack from empty.
Double and Triple O-Ring design ensures water tightness even at extreme depths. Our aviation grade anodized aluminium gives strength and longevity.
All our torch heads integrate with an umbilical canister making it easy to upgrade from a handheld to an umbilical.
